The Huntington
Project type
Brand video
The Huntington Library of Los Angeles is a national treasure. It is home to more than 130 stunning acres of botanical gardens. And its library and museum collections include a whopping 12 million items, spanning from the 11th to 21st centuries – among them rare books and manuscripts, renowned works of art, and historical artifacts. As part of a broader rebranding campaign, Match/Cut was hired to produce a brand narrative video to tell the Huntington story to donors, patrons, and the broader community. We spent two days shooting, with two crews shooting on Arri Alexa Mini LFs with an array of amazing Canon and Cooke lenses. We framed it in 4:3 to lean into a dreamy look and feel and immersive, first person perspective.
